Tara brings years of experience across multiple industries, including business, education, healthcare, and finance. Throughout her career, she discovered a genuine passion for interviewing—so much so that she was often the go-to person for colleagues who preferred to avoid it. When changing demands at home inspired her to pursue something more flexible and meaningful, Tara took a leap and founded Carlan Staffing Partners, a company lovingly named after her two sons, Carter and Nolan. When she’s not connecting talent with opportunity, you’ll likely find Tara at her boys’ after-school activities or enjoying time in her garden.
